Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata): 1–2 business days. Rest of India: 3–5 business days. Remote areas and NE India: 5–8 business days. All timelines are from the date of dispatch, not order placement.

Shipping is FREE on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat fee of ₹49 applies. The shipping charge (if any) is displayed clearly at checkout before you pay — no surprises.

After we receive and inspect the returned item: UPI refunds take 3–5 days, card refunds take 5–7 days, and COD refunds via bank transfer take 7–10 days. You'll receive an email confirmation the moment your refund is processed.

Failed payment deductions are automatically reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. This is standard banking protocol. Your order will not be placed if payment failed. You can safely try placing the order again. If the issue persists, email us and we'll help.
